As part of Smurfit Kappa's print offering, High Quality Post Print (HQPP) offers a serious alternative to the more established print processes.  HQPP utilises the water based flexographic print process applied directly to corrugated board but via a hiqh quality off line printer.  Considerable development of all key elements of board, ink, reprographics, engineering and not least printing skills has meant that HQPP has a lot to offer particulary at the low volume of of the market.

We offer:

• High Quality Post Print up to 6 colours including with UV or varnish finishes for further enhancement.
• Wide range of board materials from microflute to double wall, including E/B and F/E.
• Ability to print onto coated boards with strongly pigmented inks for vibrant colours.

How do we do this?

• Advanced anilox engineering combined with digital plate technology allows line screens of upto 100 dpi (dots per inch)
• Sharp reproduction of photo images along with fine vignette characteristics
• Colour register can be held at 0.75mm
• Ability for short run lengths, down to 2000 sheet feeds
